No. A plan is a monthly subscription. It sets your per-file duration and size limits, plus your queue priority. There is no monthly minute allowance to manage.
Standard and Pro allow larger, longer files and move your jobs ahead of the Free queue. Pro has the highest priority. Processing time still depends on your recording and current demand.
Yes. Cancel from the Plan page. Your paid plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to Free.
Uploads are deleted after 1 day. Results stay available for 3 days. Deleting a job removes its results at once, and closing your account removes everything at once. Download results before the displayed expiry if you want to keep them.
A failed or cancelled job costs nothing extra; your subscription is the only charge. Review the error message and retry when the cause is resolved. Subscription refund terms are available in the Refund Policy.
